How the Price Comparison Works:

Have you found an identical item from our Brembo product range at a lower price from another provider? If so, we will be happy to provide you with a better offer.

To ensure fair conditions and genuine original quality, we verify comparison offers based on clear quality and safety standards. This way, we make sure you receive certified safety instead of a "bad egg."

Requirements for the Price Guarantee:

• - Registered in Germany: The competitor must operate their business in Germany based on local laws, taxes, and warranty regulations.
• - Identical Item: The comparison product must be new, undamaged, in its original packaging, and its authenticity must be guaranteed.
• - Temporal Validity: Both offers must be valid at the same time. The competitor's offer must have been valid for at least one full day.
• - Immediate Availability: The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery from the competitor on the day of the claim.
• - Transparent Total Costs: Any shipping costs incurred in the competitor's offer will be included in our price comparison.
• - Individual Requests: For items that we order specifically for you or calculate individually, we reserve the right to review the case individually.
• - No Commercial Resellers: The guarantee applies exclusively to end customers, not to competitors or resellers.
• - Exclusion of Special Sales: Clearance sales, seasonal liquidations, unique items, or (internet) auctions are excluded from the price guarantee.
• - No Personalized Discounts: The guarantee refers to publicly accessible prices, not individual quotes or exclusive customer group discounts.
• - No Cascade Guarantees: A price that resulted from the application of another dealer's price guarantee cannot be used as a basis for our guarantee.
• - Legal Protection (Cost Price): We reserve the right to reject a price guarantee if it would lead to a systematic sale below cost price (according to German GWB § 20 Para. 4 No. 2).
